We want you to love your experience with Liquid New Tab. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Refund Windows

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with Liquid New Tab Pro or AI Credits, please request a refund within this 14-day period according to Paddle's standard refund policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can contact Paddle (our Merchant of Record) directly via their customer support, or email us at dev.nabellian@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Processing Refunds

Once a refund is processed, your Pro status will be revoked, and any AI credits associated with that purchase will be removed from your account.
