By installing and using the Liquid New Tab browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Liquid New Tab is a browser extension that provides a minimalist start page with customizable widgets. We offer both free features and paid "Pro" features.

3. Purchases and Payments

Payments for Liquid New Tab Pro and AI Credits are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use. Pro features are provided as a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. AI Credits are consumable and non-transferable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Liquid New Tab for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you provide for third-party AI services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Liquid New Tab are the exclusive property of NABELLIAN. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liquid New Tab is provided "as is" without any warranties. NABELLIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
